Recognize markets in the "path of progress" in arising markets where natural appreciation will develop. Then identify a property with major shortcomings that we can improve and force appreciation. Simple as that!

A real estate syndication is the merging of pools of money from investors that is used to purchase large apartment complexes.  This includes multiple parties. Firstly, active investors like us Meadowland Investment Group, who actively manage the deal. Secondly is passive investors, you! Who invest their money into the deal. When you invest with us, YOU have ownership in the property. You will receive cash distributions, and build your equity - without any management responsibilities.

When all parties are on the same page for price negotiations only then do we go under contract on the property.

Once under the contract, MIG will double check all information about the property to make sure it is a quality investment. After that we then turn the specific value add plan into a true structured business plan.

After the value-add plan is in full swing, investors will start to receive regular distributions. In addition to the cashflow, we provide reports regarding the asset growth. MIG's priority is to make sure our investors are fully up to date on the progress every step of the way.
